ISSB was established with the objective of developing and marketing enterprise applications to address the needs of SMEs. The Directors had recognised that although the IT adoption rate among the SMI sector was beginning to take off, there was still disparity between supply and demand in an industry where most of the available ERM applications were catered to the needs of large conglomerates and multinationals, and implementing these applications often required high sum of IT spending. The Directors decided to focus on the development of enterprise applications to capitalise on the unmet demand in this niche market.

In line with the Group's objectives, the Group has developed its own proprietary technology in the enterprise software solutions based on its domain knowledge of the enterprise application market as well as an in-depth knowledge of the business environment and business processes in which its clients operate. BIsys™ products are based on the Microsoft operating platform, which makes it a cost effective platform for SMEs to adopt in the local market.

Today, the Group has established a strong presence in Malaysia and has made successful in-roads into the potentially lucrative Thai and China markets. For the next three (3) years, BIsys™ Group will focus on the research and development of BI, AI and BPM.
